πΉ 1. Are all products made-to-order?
Yes. At Alphaink, every item is custom printed once you place an order. This ensures you get a fresh, unique product every time.
πΉ 2. How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2β5 business days, and delivery usually takes 5β10 business days depending on your location.
πΉ 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes. However, a small COD charge applies. To avoid this fee, we recommend paying online via UPI, card, or net banking.
πΉ 4. How will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, youβll receive tracking information via email or SMS, along with the courier partner details.
πΉ 5. Can I return or exchange my product?
We do not offer exchanges. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video, photos, and shipping label).
πΉ 6. What proof is needed for returns?
You must share a complete unboxing video, photos of the damaged/wrong product, and a photo of the shipping label. Claims without these cannot be processed.
πΉ 7. What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please note that we do not accept returns for size issues. Be sure to check our size chart before placing your order.
πΉ 8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 6 hours of placing them. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.

There may be slight variations due to screen settings and print methods. These are normal and not considered defects.
